1. Non-Refundable Passes
All contributions and booking fees collected for the VIP Darshan Passes are directed toward event management and non-profit festival operations. Therefore, passes are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued.
2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
In the event of a technical glitch where your account is debited but a pass is not generated, or in cases of accidental duplicate charges, please contact the Mandals helpline number with relavent proofs for a refund.
3. Event Force Majeure
If darshan is suspended due to unavoidable circumstances or government orders, pass adjustments will be handled at the discretion of the management committee.
