1. Introduction & Acceptance
By booking a VIP Darshan Pass through this portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined by the ChandrapurCha Raja Event Committee / Trust.
2. Pass Validity & Entry Rules
Each VIP Pass QR code is strictly valid for a single entry for the designated number of devotees indicated at the time of booking (Base 4 members + registered additional members).
Duplicate scans, shared screenshots beyond capacity, or tampered QR codes will be rejected by gate security scanners.
3. Code of Conduct
Devotees are requested to maintain festival decorum, cooperate with security volunteers, and adhere to local safety regulations inside temple premises.
4. Modifications to Service
The management reserves the right to regulate darshan timings or access due to sudden crowd surges, VIP protocols, or unforeseen emergencies without prior notice.
